Position Summary
Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures the program is operating effectively. This position often requires thorough analysis on complex data models, and creation of customized reports with depict findings and recommendation in clear concise presentations. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following supporting Program Management to ensure the attainment of program metrics/objectives.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company, in good faith, believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $122,000
Bay Area Maximum: $194,000

Position Summary

Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following supporting Program Management to ensure the attainment of program metrics/objectives.
- Prepare complex data analysis projects from legacy vegetation management data base with guidance from Planning Supervisor, from initial request to presenting data results.
- Support the development of metrics, balanced scorecards, dashboards and performance analytics.
- Developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts and provides financial metrics, analytics and insights directly to Planning Supervisor and in support of monthly variances explanations, operating reviews and mid-month financials.
- Developing and/or implementing policy improvements, waste elimination and LEAN in all areas of Program
- Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners
- Partner with Regulatory and Compliance staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support regulatory activities by supplying information for filings, data requests, and coordinating responses.
- Identifying stakeholders and communicating within and outside of PG&E
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Identifying new partners, technologies, and delivery channels

- This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
- This position is hybrid. You will work from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs. The headquarters location is the San Ramon Office.
Responsibilities:
- Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
- May act as a team lead and direct less experienced employees.
- Works with Sr. Manager, Planning Supervisor and Operational Supervisors across functions to influence decisions.
- Utilizes financial analysis, best practices to recommend and implement improvements and corrective actions.
- Supports the development of the annual Wildfire Mitigation Plan and managing/executing commitments.
- Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.
- Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media.
- Integrates industry data-related knowledge into everyday business practices and decision-making.
- Provides others with guidance around complex industry regulatory and compliance environment and considerations.
- Assists with development of guidance documents and procedures related to tree work.
- Assists with in-depth quality assurance final reviews of data outputs and contract drafts.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent
Desired:
- Master's degree
- PMP Certification
- Knowledge of vegetation management concepts, practices, and methods
- Knowledge of project and program management concepts, methods, and practices
- Analytical problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management
- Adaptability to adjust to changing business dynamics and priorities
- Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Successful track record of working collaboratively with team
- Knowledge of process improvement concepts, methods, and best practices
- Ability to lead large and complex projects working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of SAP, PowerPoint, Sql Server, Excel, and Word, GIS, Vegetation Management legacy database, and Power Aps
