About the Role

CRM & Performance Lead is responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and retention by building strong, personalized relationships through data-driven CRM and Loyalty strategies, while driving business (D2C and B2B2C) growth through effective, results-oriented performance marketing campaigns. This role ensures customer loyalty and acquisition efforts are optimized to achieve sustainable business success.

What You Will Do

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Loyalty
  • Develop and implement a CRM & Loyalty Program strategy to nurture and strengthen customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Plan and execute specific online and offline communication measures for loyalty program members.
  • Create and maintain customer segments to deliver personalized and relevant communications.
  • Manage and analyze customer data to gain insights into customer behavior and inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan CRM activities in collaboration with E-Commerce, D2C and local commercial teams.

Performance Marketing
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Performance Marketing strategies.
  • Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including SEA, display, and social media ads.
  • Lead and develop relationships with media agencies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve defined KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA).
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across all performance marketing activities.

Data & Analytics
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection laws.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable reports and insights.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in CRM and Performance Marketing, preferably within premium brands or consumer goods.
  • Comprehensive and current expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach) and performance marketing tools (Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills, converting data insights into strategic marketing actions.
  • High business acumen and a commercially driven mindset, with consumer-centric thinking.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders across various teams.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and implement operationally.
