Description:
- Keep track of project invoices and is able to provide budget projections
- Assist in identification and resolution of project risks and issues
- Provide assistance with monitoring and updating the project schedule/roadmap, due dates, release plan, and expectations
- Communicate project timelines and updates, providing weekly updates in Product Delivery's portfolio system
- Participate in the development of and/or review of project management plans, process documents, deliverables and transition plans
- Assist with updating JIRA items
- Assist with UAT planning and bug tracking/reporting
- Help develop transition plans from: development team to production support team and from product development to product go-live
- Assist with the removal of impediments
- A minimum of 10 years project management experience
- Experience in modernized service delivery
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
