Aquifer, a small entrepreneurial company leading provider of SaaS-based online medical education serving medical, nursing, and PA students is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Finance and Administration to lead our finance, accounting, and administrative operations.

Reporting to the COO, you'll manage accounting using NetSuite, oversee contract compliance, oversee payroll and HR administration, and support strategic financial planning that aligns with our not-for-profit mission of delivering high-impact virtual teaching and learning.

• Financial Operations: Supervise accounting staff of 1, manage budgets, oversee payroll, and provide financial reports to board and departmental managers. Manage SaaS subscription revenue operations and monitor financial metrics related to subscription sales.
• Compliance: Ensure GAAP compliance, manage audits, tax filings, and corporate and contract legal matters.
• Planning and Strategy: Understand and champion Aquifer's unique SaaS business model which blends mission and services revenue. Develop budgets, manage cash flow, and support pricing models.
• Human Resources: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Administration: Manage risk, insurance, and contracts. Savvy with AI and business automation tools to promote efficiency in operations.
