Job Description:

- Responsible for the preparation and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure the timely availability of sterile supplies.
- Maintain records related to sterilization processes and inventory management.
- Adapt to rotating shifts and work holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using the Cerner electronic medical records system.
