A Senior Consultant in the Professional Services organization has direct responsibility for managing client projects in their book of business and requires strong stakeholder management skills to guide clients through a successful implementation. This role will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Professional Services and will be instrumental in leading projects, providing expert advice, conducting in-depth analysis, and building client relationships to help organizations achieve their strategic goals.

This is a strategic and highly visible role, requiring partnering with both external and internal teams including Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, as well as various Sales and Leadership roles. The role requires the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to meet business needs. By applying the LeanData Implementation Methodology, your role will translate LeanData products to solve business challenges to ensure value realization to our customers.

What you'll be doing:
  • Driving end-to-end customer onboarding for our enterprise business clients with a focus on stewarding these to completion with a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving critical success metrics
  • Analyzing complex business and system processes to build detailed Business Requirements Documents, Process Flows, Project Plans, Executive Business Reviews, and more
  • Demonstrating an advanced understanding of LeanData, Salesforce, and Revenue Operations
  • Managing project and account escalations, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to customer success, whether through services, product, or any other area of impact
  • Working closely with internal and client development teams to analyze technical impacts of the Managed Package in complex Salesforce environments
  • Developing and collaborating with management on best practices and mentoring junior team members
  • Managing escalated client issues and pulling in correct stakeholders to achieve resolution including collaborating with Engineering and Product team members and other internal stakeholders to identify short-term solutions to issues/requests
  • Ensuring smooth hand-offs before and after professional services engagements by working closely with internal cross-functional teams
  • Engaging C-level customer contacts by using a consultative approach that positions LeanData as a long-term trusted advisor relationship
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate client records and key milestones using Salesforce and other systems.
  • Supporting the enterprise sales and account management teams by scoping complex requirements and presenting the value of LeanData and LeanData's professional services offerings.

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience in Enterprise SaaS or related technology
  • Strong ability to multitask while working on multiple complex projects at the enterprise level and experience with pre-sales
  • Proficient in problem-solving/analytical ability cross functionally
  • Strong relationship-building skills demonstrated to influence both internal and external parties to accelerate progress of projects
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous and complex environments in which the path forward is new and unchartered
  • In depth understanding of the LeanData tool and its execution against client GTM strategies
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and other Revenue Operation tools
  • Experience working with and managing enterprise-level client stakeholders across multiple groups
  • Proven track record leading customer engagements with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts, guide strategy, and deliver positive results for customers
  • Ability to command an audience amongst senior leadership, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, road mapping, enterprise strategy and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
  • Firm sense of accountability and ownership of work along with excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
