Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing ansible code repositories.
- Develop new ansible automation for InfrastructureOps using DevSecOps strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to deployments, performance, and scalability across multiple environments.
- Work closely with customers and partners to streamline the release process and improve development workflows.
- Design, maintain, and build, CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on DevOps best practices and standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, containerization, and cloud computing.
- Creates and maintains documentation for the process and tools used by the team.
General Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience as an ansible DevOps engineer.
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating in a CI/CD DevOps environment leveraging git for release management.
- Real-world experience in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting ansible roles and large (multi-hundred line) complex playbooks organized into subtasks.
- Alignment with core principals, including autonomy, customer-orientation, ownership, bias for action, and the highest standard of conduct.
- Technical expertise in deploying, managing, and operating cloud-based systems such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages like Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as AzureDevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
- Experience with applications support and debugging.
