Location: Arizona or remote
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST Phoenix (On-call for deployments)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBM MDM OS Upgrade Tech Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing and configuring IBM MDM 11.6 AE On-Prem, strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), proficiency in shell scripting, and experience working with WebSphere Application Server for Oracle. This role requires a deep understanding of MDM concepts such as entity modeling, match/merge rules, and workbench configuration, along with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot MDM installation and performance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure IBM MDM 11.6 AE On-Prem.
Manage and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and system management.
Configure and manage WebSphere Application Server for Oracle.
Understand and implement MDM concepts including entity modeling, match/merge rules, and workbench configuration.
Diagnose and troubleshoot MDM installation and performance issues.
Provide on-call support for deployments as needed.
Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Technical Requirements:
8+ years of experience in installing and configuring IBM MDM 11.6 AE On-Prem.
Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
Proficiency in shell scripting.
Experience with WebSphere Application Server for Oracle.
Understanding of MDM concepts such as entity modeling, match/merge rules, and workbench configuration.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot MDM installation and performance issues.

Certification in WebSphere Application Server administration is a plus.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST
On-call support required for deployments.
