The Vice President of Data & Analytics reports directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and is responsible for leading the organization's hybrid Data and Analytics Strategy and overseeing the processes and governance required for Master Data Management (MDM) within the ERP system. This dual-focus role ensures high data quality-critical for ERP success and analytics usability-while driving actionable insights through advanced analytics across the enterprise.

The VP oversees a centralized data and analytics team and collaborates with embedded functional analysts in key business functions, ensuring alignment between central governance and operational needs. The VP will also Champion and steward enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within Global Supply Chain and Operations and provide thought leadership and cross-functional alignment to ensure transformation programs are aligned with business strategy, analytics insights, and ERP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the data and analytics strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Act as the data leader for the organization, advocating for data-driven decision-making and analytics adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of data strategy with business priorities.

Master Data Governance

• Establish and maintain centralized processes for data creation and maintenance within the ERP system.
• Develop frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy, enabling reliable analytics and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with master data standards and governance policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure ERP data management processes integrate seamlessly with the broader data architecture.

Data and Analytics Management

• Lead a centralized analytics team focused on advanced analytics, governance, and platform optimization.
• Oversee embedded analysts in sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, HR, and finance, ensuring their work aligns with central governance while addressing domain-specific needs.
• Drive integration between analytics platforms, data lakes, and functional users for scalable and actionable insights.
• Support the development of standardized, enterprise-wide data extraction, visualization, and reporting mechanisms to enhance decision-making.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure the successful implementation and operation of ERP systems through high-quality master data governance.
• Oversee the design and adoption of analytics platforms, ensuring they enable data-driven decision-making at all organizational levels.
• Identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring data governance and analytics success.

Transformation Leadership & Enablement

• Serve as executive sponsor and integrator for the enterprise transformation agenda across Supply Chain and Operations.
• Animate the execution of global process and system improvement initiatives by aligning data insights, project priorities, and business strategy.
• Provide strategic guidance and portfolio governance for transformation efforts, ensuring initiatives are value-driven, insight-informed, and support ERP and data capabilities.
• Oversee the Transformation team, including the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, to maintain a focused project portfolio, effective cadence of delivery, and successful cross-functional integration.
• Champion a culture of data-driven continuous improvement by linking transformation initiatives to measurable analytics and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, master data management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to implement and oversee master data governance frameworks and analytics strategies in an ERP environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relative experience.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their role in master data creation and maintenance.
• Expertise in analytics platforms, data lakes, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for advanced analytics and insights generation.

Leadership Skills

• Ability to lead a hybrid team structure, balancing central governance with domain-specific agility.
• Proven success in building cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Salary Range

$260,000-$280,000 USD

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
