Position Overview

We're seeking a Field & Partner Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic event execution and partner marketing initiatives. This role will develop and manage an integrated field marketing strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales, content, and partner teams to deliver high-impact events and co-marketing programs.

You'll play a critical role in optimizing event performance, demand generation, and partner engagement, ensuring all programs contribute directly to pipeline acceleration and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Event Marketing & Demand Generation
  • Plan and execute high-impact events, including national conferences, VIP networking dinners, virtual/hybrid events, suites, and other regional events.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and manage an effective invite list strategy to target key prospects and customers.
  • Align closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pre- and post-event marketing campaigns that maximize engagement and lead conversion.
  • Track event-driven pipeline impact, measuring ROI through MQLs, SQLs, and closed deals.
  • Oversee event technology stack, registration platforms, and crisis communication planning.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and thought leadership by collaborating with content and design teams.
  • Manage speaker engagement, including preparation, content development, and logistics.
  • Provide hands-on support for event setup, teardown, and on-site operations.
  • Oversee all client-facing event communications, ensuring clear, engaging, and timely messaging across invitations, reminders, any support, and follow-ups.

Event Strategy & Process Management
  • Develop and maintain event strategy documentation, playbooks, and standardized processes.
  • Establish event planning frameworks, templates, and success metrics for scalability.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and post-event evaluations to optimize future performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and performance tracking.

Partner Marketing & Co-Marketing Initiatives
  • Assist in managing strategic partner marketing programs to increase brand reach and lead generation.
  • Coordinate partner participation in key events, ensuring alignment with joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of co-branded campaigns, webinars, and event sponsorships with partners.
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance to optimize future initiatives.

Internal Communications & Team Enablement
  • Drive internal event participation through strategic awareness campaigns and engagement programs.
  • Develop and maintain an event promotion toolkit for sales and client-facing teams.
  • Lead event training and champions programs to ensure teams are prepared to engage effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on event-driven pipeline impact, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
Success Metrics

This role will be measured by:

Event-Driven Pipeline Growth - Contribution to MQLs, SQOs, and closed-won revenue.
Lead Conversion Rates - Impact of field events on net-new and expansion opportunities.
Event RSVP & Attendance - Event success and turnout
Event NPS & Experience Scores - Measured through internal and external attendee surveys.
Internal Engagement & Sales Enablement - Adoption and usage of event marketing tools and training.
Partner Marketing ROI - Performance of co-marketing campaigns and partner-driven leads.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 5+ years of B2B field marketing and event management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation through field marketing programs.
  • Strong experience managing diverse event formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
  • Experience working with high-touch executive and client appreciation events.
  • Strong project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with event management platforms (Cvent, Splash), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.

This is a hybrid, in-office role in New York City.

New York Base Salary Range

$95,000-$110,000 USD
