How you make a difference

Lead and Inspire as the Director of Rehabilitation Services!

Take charge of shaping impactful rehabilitation and program services by overseeing hiring, orientation, supervision, and training for a dedicated team. In this vital role, you'll update treatment schedules, ensure the delivery of high-quality programming, and maintain fidelity to evidence-based curricula.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and Implements Rehabilitation Programs
    Designs and establishes schedules for rehabilitation and program services.
  • Monitors Program Fidelity
    Ensures adherence to evidence-based curriculum and patient-centered, trauma-informed approaches during group sessions.
  • Provides Employee Supervision and Training
    Conducts training through didactics, readings, modeling, and supervision meetings to support employee development.
  • Empowers Employee Growth
    Supervises staff effectively, fostering creativity and continual improvement while overseeing processes to completion.
  • Ensures Compliance and Standards
    Maintains adherence to documentation requirements and accreditation standards.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
  • Required: Master's degree in behavioral sciences related field.
  • Preferred: Doctoral degree in psychology or behavioral science from an accredited college or university.

Experience:
  • Preferred: Three (3) years' experience working in an inpatient psychiatric or forensic services system.

Licenses/Certifications:
  • Required: Licensed as a counselor, psychologist, social worker, or occupational therapist in the state of practice, if required.
