The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Oversee investment activities and manage the organization's portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
- Present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Managing loan activity
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a Treasurer or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar.
- Experience with cash management systems and banking platforms.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
- May require occasional travel for training or meetings.
