Summary

As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth and retention of our customer base, specifically within the hyperscaler market. This high-impact role demands a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and consistently exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for all revenue-related activities, including product/service sales, contract negotiations, order management, billing, and proposal development

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through strategic prospecting within an established base of accounts, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within hyperscaler accounts
  • Develop and present compelling business proposals, executive summaries, and agreement negotiations across all management levels, with a focus on tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of hyperscalers.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration across internal teams to deliver and support customized solutions, leveraging internal networks for efficient execution.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track progress, report on key metrics, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to develop and implement winning sales strategies, aligning with overall business objectives.
Critical Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of proven success as an Account Manager, Client Executive, or similar sales role within the technology sector, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Significant experience and established contacts within the hyperscaler sector are essential.We are seeking candidates who have a deep understanding of the hyperscaler landscape and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented individual with exceptional time management skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively and accomplish goals within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to assemble and manage high-performing cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications products and information technologies, including dark fiber, wavelength solutions in Terabyte capacities, and long-haul networks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling complex, high-value solutions within the technology sector (value selling).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Knowledge in Transport Layer Technology (Ciena, Nokia, etc) is an asset
