What You Bring

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience; EIT preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, and/or electrical systems
  • Ability to interpret MEP and architectural construction documents
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
  • Willingness to travel (local and out-of-state), including multi-day site visits

Preferred:
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes or building performance standards
  • Experience using commissioning software and tracking tools
  • Background in consulting engineering or construction environments
