- Full time 40 hour per week
- Join group of 5 pediatricians and 4 APP's
- 4 offices in the Las Vegas area
- Supervision of NP's and PA's
- Hospital rounds are to be conducted inside of assigned clinic hours.
- Group provides well child visits, sick child visits, vaccinations, screenings/tests, school and sports physicians, asthma program and more!
- Salary range is 160k base to 190k base depending on experience
- Our providers earn anywhere from 10k to 50k in incentives each year. Incentive bonus available.
- Employee will be paid a quality incentive based on current incentive contracts established by the practice
- 3 year contract
- Malpractice insurance, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with 3% in matching contributions.
- 18 days PTO that encompasses all vacation, sick and CME
- Employee will receive paid holidays each year and the practice will be closed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Two floating holidays that will be either the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and/ or New Year's Eve will also be given as paid holidays.
