About the Role

  • Oversee and manage commercial HVAC projects ranging in value up to $10 million.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 30 individuals, including subcontractors and internal staff.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation, troubleshoot issues, and enforce quality control.
  • Provide detailed project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.


About the Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or mechanical contracting industry.
  • Proven experience managing commercial HVAC projects up to $10 million in value.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
