- Oversee and manage commercial HVAC projects ranging in value up to $10 million.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of up to 30 individuals, including subcontractors and internal staff.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation, troubleshoot issues, and enforce quality control.
- Provide detailed project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
About the Candidate
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or mechanical contracting industry.
- Proven experience managing commercial HVAC projects up to $10 million in value.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
