Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital, Creative, and Brand, this Senior Advisor is responsible for project managing and executing various digital projects and strategies across design, brand, video, web, events, marketing, and more. This role will work alongside our entire channels team and will support all areas of the firm. The Digital, Creative, and Brand Senior Advisor must be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, agile, results-focused, passionate about great quality work, and highly collaborative. They will be versatile in their role and have a broad range of skills and knowledge across various disciplines with a well-rounded understanding of the brand's positioning and messaging

You will be focusing on:
- Project Management: Develop creative briefs and be responsible for managing, scoping, planning, and leading independently brand initiatives from our marketing, communications, and events teams, as well as across the firm.
- Resourcing: Manages their own time and resources effectively while respecting budget and deadlines. Assigns work to in-house creative, video and web team members
- Creative Operations: Work alongside the senior manager to manage vendors, and various requests across all areas of the firm
- Software ownership: Provide technical guidance and responsible for maintaining our project management system and managing the rollout of new software
- Marketing Strategy: Responsible for creating and owning the marketing strategy of individual projects across brand, creative, web, video, social, and more.
- Brand Champion: The Senior Advisor will be an expert on the global NRF brand in Canada and will be able to identify proper application
What you bring to the role:
- 5 to 8 years of experience of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, digital, communications, or related field
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in pitching and stakeholder management
- Superior editing and writing ability
- Passionate in design, brand, creative, video, web, and project management
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented: ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to work completely independently but also collaboratively as needed
- Interest in learning Adobe design programs and video production
- In-house agency experience considered an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) considered a strong asset
Vancouver Salary: $74,928 - $121,758. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview and will be based on experience.
