Asa Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role insupporting the financial operations and decision-making of our company. Youwill be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providinginsights to drive strategic financial planning and performance. Your expertisewill be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and success of ourorganization.

You will report directly to our Finance Manager, and you'll work out of ourCharlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial decision-makingprocess and contribute to the overall success of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze financial data and preparereports to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendationsto improve financial performance and drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to align financial goals with business objectives.
Assist in the development andmanagement of budgets and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis andmodeling to support business initiatives.
Ensure compliance with financialregulations and reporting standards.

YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience in financial planning and analysis
Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
