Job Title: Senior Construction Scheduler

Location: DFW, TX

Employment Type: Full time - 5 days onsite at DFW Airport

RIB U.S. Cost is seeking a senior-level Scheduler for heavy construction projects to join our Dallas Fort-Worth team. RIB is a leader in providing project controls related services across all verticals within the construction and EPC/M industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform scheduling and other controls functions for the management of large, complex, multipackage airport construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain program and project schedules including resource/cost loading, allocation, utilization, and management in Primavera P6 as part of a project controls team.
  • Coordinate and gather project status information from project managers to determine program management and operation team requirements.

Essential requirements
  • 5 plus years of scheduling for large-scale civil infrastructure and/or aviation-related projects.
  • Highly skilled using Primavera P6 and schedule analysis tools with a track record of creating end-to-end construction program schedules worth in excess of $100M.
  • Experience with CPM, resourcing, cost loading, critical path analysis, risk assessments, contract requirements, scheduling specifications, and schedule forecasting to identify potential delays and mitigation strategies
  • Strong understanding of civil regulations, airfield construction constraints, and sequencing requirements.
  • Experience working within a CMAR, Design-Build, and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods.
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in the production of deliverables and in interactions with fellow employees and client personnel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the USA.

This is a full-time salaried position. This position requires presence in a professional office 5 days per week. This is not a remote position. Salary will be commensurate with overall experience level.
