Overview

The Director, Solutions, will be responsible for supporting excellence across key sales operational functions including creative, sales ops, materials creation and sponsorship package construction

This role pays an annual salary of $140,000-$160,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day management of a team including creative services - designers and sales operations / solutions
  • Creation of sponsorship proposals and associated asset P&Ls tailored to the specific needs of potential partners / brands
  • Creation of world class pitch materials to support both sales conversations with potential sponsors, and CPC business development
  • Ensuring highest expression and visual excellence through the design team
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities for current partner brands and potential partner brands through added asset inventory, platforms and partnerships
  • Reinforcement of sales operations infrastructure, tools and processes to ensure prioritized and on time deliver of sales materials in line with sales efforts
  • Work closely with Strategy to infuse data and audience driven narratives into sales materials and client solutions

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate and/or graduate studies in marketing, business, sports management
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with demonstrated creative development, project management, and leadership skillsets
  • Significant experience with sports & entertainment sponsorship and ability to develop creative solutions and packages from brand briefs and data that help differentiate OVG/CPC and build our brand as a world class sales and marketing organization
  • The ideal candidate will be a player / coach able to empower, maximize and grow talent on the team while actively working on mission critical projects
  • Creative Problem Solver with the ability to quickly understand brands/partners' business models and identify creative solutions for how to grow their business
  • Highly driven self-starter, with ability to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills and continuous curiosity
