Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury

We are looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our Personal Injury Department and represent clients in auto accidents, premises liability, and other injury-related claims. This role is ideal for a plaintiff-side litigator who is passionate about securing justice for injured individuals. You will handle all aspects of litigation while collaborating with a dedicated legal team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Prepare and review case-related documents, including correspondence and settlement demands.
Provide legal counsel to clients, guiding them through case strategies and potential outcomes.
Supervise and support paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
Develop case strategies tailored to maximize client recovery.

Qualifications
Active bar membership.
Minimum 1-2 years of personal injury litigation experience in a law firm.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
