We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of business acumen, relationship management, and technical knowledge to identify, develop, and nurture key partnerships in our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners, aligning their capabilities with our business objectives
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships to maximize mutual value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, business models, and technology integrations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to C-level executives
- Advanced negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations
- Proficiency in partner relationship building, establishing and maintaining trust-based rapport to maximize partner collaboration and minimize partner escalations
