Asa Sr Analyst RFC here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in theCorporate organization's Request for Change (RFC) process. You will beresponsible for analyzing and evaluating change requests, ensuring compliancewith established processes and standards, and providing recommendations forapproval or rejection. Your expertise in change management and attention todetail will contribute to the smooth execution of projects and initiativeswithin the organization.
You will report directly to our Controller Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZlocation on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that change requestsare thoroughly reviewed and assessed, minimizing risks and disruptions tobusiness operations. Your analytical skills and ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams will be essential in driving effective change managementprocesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and evaluate change requeststo determine their impact on business operations
Ensure compliance with establishedchange management processes and standards
Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to gather necessary information and provide recommendations for approvalor rejection of change requests
Communicate and document changedecisions and provide feedback to stakeholders
Monitor and track the progress ofapproved changes and ensure their successful implementation
