Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on IT professional to lead and manage IT strategy, governance, compliance, and enterprise systems. This role will align IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring risk management, innovation, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Governance & Strategy:
- Develop and manage IT budgeting and cost management strategies to optimize expenditures.
- Oversee vendor management and outsourcing strategies to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Ensure IT compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX and other industry standards.
- Define and execute IT roadmap, automation and digital transformation strategies.
- Align IT initiatives with business goals and consolidate tools and services post-M&A.
- Establish governance frameworks, including IT policies, compliance, and risk management.
- Oversee and enhance enterprise applications. Integrate SSO.
- Manage software licensing and IT asset management, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee IT asset management, including hardware, software, and services.
- Manage IAM infrastructure, applications, and processes, working closely with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and reporting.
- Collaborate with SOX Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to address identified risks within SLAs.
- Maintain compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
IT Tools & New Software Initiatives:
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new IT tools and software.
- Identify automation and integration opportunities to streamline operations.
- Work with business teams to identify and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
Digital Transformation & Innovation:
- Identify and implement emerging technologies (automation, AI) to drive business value.
- Improve digital customer experiences through strategic IT initiatives.
- Lead business process automation and workflow modernization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT governance, strategy, and digital transformation.
- Strong expertise in IT budgeting, cost management, and vendor negotiations.
- Experience with enterprise applications and IT service management.
- Deep understanding of data strategy, governance, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
- Proven ability to drive digital transformation, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Strong knowledge of IT compliance frameworks, including SOX and risk management.
- Experience in IT change management and asset management processes.
- Hands-on experience with IAM infrastructure and regulatory reporting.
- Proven leadership in IT consolidation efforts post-M&A.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align IT with business objectives.
