Automotive Sales Associate / Consultant

SEEKING EXPERIENCED SALES CONSULTANT (TWO-PLUS YEARS)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant (two-plus years) to join the team at Kings Ford at the Kings Automall in Mason, Ohio. As a top-rated dealership in the area, we are looking for a sales professional who wants to take their career and income to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, excellent follow-up and negotiation skills, and a results-driven mentality.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Assessing and understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate vehicles
• Conducting test drives and answering questions about vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiating pricing and closing sales
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow-up before and after sales

• $65,000 - $150,000 +++ a year earning potential, aggressive pay plan

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in's and out's, eager to improve
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
