Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for successful execution of the programs/projects under the assigned portfolio. Leading a team of experienced project delivery professionals, this leadership role involves collaborating with clients, project sponsors, business owners and 3rd party delivery organizations to ensure all major projects and deliverables within the assigned portfolio are delivered to the applicable scope, budget and meet the requirements of the business.

Leading a team of experienced project delivery professionals, this leadership role involves collaborating with clients, project sponsors, business owners and 3rd party delivery organizations to ensure all major projects and deliverables within the assigned portfolio are delivered to the applicable scope, budget and meet the requirements of the business.
As a Portfolio Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead delivery of projects within assigned portfolio - on scope, time, budget and business benefits.
- Manage the project portfolio, including project set-up, tracking and closure processes, as well as monthly quality assurance reviews of submitted initiatives / projects.
- Implement and manage PMO methodology, ensuring project management functions are conducted within accepted and established business practices and guidance.
- Partner with vendors to lead delivery of capital projects in assigned portfolios - on scope, on time and on budget.
- Creation of Statements of Work (SOW) for the various GTAA procurement processes - including (but not limited to) Requests for Service (RFS) from the outsourcing vendor (Wipro), requests for quotation from various Vendors of Record, and Expressions of Interest (EOI) or Requests for Proposal (RFP) from the open market via Merx
- Transition project to operations through Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and other project processes
- Validate project compliance, standards and procedures
- Maintain the monthly consolidated project specification Financial Summary Report and manage the contract invoice payment and reconciliation process
- Accountability for accurate and comprehensive project record-keeping; all project approvals and documentation.
- Manage, monitor and report on monthly accrual process, contract resource related items (resource requirements)
- Ensure portfolio team resources are utilized effectively across multiple portfolios.
- Direct activities, assign responsibilities, set expectations and motivate direct reports toward achieving portfolio objectives for all aspects of the project management life cycle.
- Partner with staffing firms to source right project delivery contingent staff to augment team

This is the role for you, if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in the fields of Business, IT or Engineering required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in good standing preferred
- Airline, Airport or Transportation experience preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of PMO experience with minimum of five years of project or program delivery experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in People Management, both direct report and cross-functional
- Must possess a valid Ontario Provincial Class G driver's license
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment

- Experience implementing project management methodologies
- Demonstrated analytical skills in assessing and reviewing business processes to identify options, best practices and opportunities to improve service delivery
- Familiarity with capital projects, and asset realization is preferred
- CA Project Portfolio Management and Oracle EBS experience is an asset
- Ability to constructively challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement efforts /
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Strong analytical skills combined with an ability to fit issues in with corporate goals and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
