Oxnard Union High School District is seeking a visionary educational leader to serve as Adult School Principal. This recruitment is for the 2025-2026 School Year with a start date of July 1, 2025.
Located in Ventura County, OUHSD has approximately 16,000 students in Oxnard, Port Hueneme, El Rio, and Camarillo. The annual salary range for this position is $ 181,784 - $ 189,173 plus excellent benefits package valued at approximately $35,000/year (family medical, dental, vision, life, and EAP), plus annual stipends for doctoral: $2,000 and mileage: $1,560. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree (Required)
Valid Teaching or Pupil Personnel Services and Administrative Credentials (Required)
Five Years of Teaching Experience (Required)
School Site or Adult Education Administrator Experience (Preferred)
Extensive Experience Working with Diverse Student Populations (Preferred)
Experience working with Adult learners (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
