The Oxnard Union High School District is looking for a visionary educational leader to serve as our next Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our district by leading HR initiatives that support our dedicated educators, staff, and students. This recruitment is for the 2025-2026 school year with a start date of July 1, 2025.

Located in Ventura County, OUHSD has approximately 16,000 students in Oxnard, Port Hueneme, El Rio, and Camarillo. The annual salary range for this position is $ 195,926 - $ 203,882 plus excellent benefits package valued at approximately $35,000/year (family medical, dental, vision, life, and EAP), plus annual stipends for doctoral: $2,000 and mileage: $1,560.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree (Required)
Valid Teaching and Administrative Credentials (Required)
Five Years of Teaching Experience (Required)
3-5 Years Administrative Experience (Required)
School Site or Adult Education Administrator Experience or Principal (Preferred)
Bilingual (Strongly Preferred)
