We are looking for a Senior Readiness Analyst who will be responsible for working closely with Legal, Finance, Business Planning, Operations, and Customer Support teams to coordinate seamless launches, eliminate execution bottlenecks, and enhance process standardization.
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to reshape how readiness is managed across the organization.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.

Role and Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Launch Management & Readiness Execution
- Own end-to-end project execution for new product launches, operational changes, and business initiatives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Identify gaps in readiness execution and proactively implement corrective actions.
Process Standardization & Governance
- Define and implement best-in-class operational readiness frameworks to drive execution consistency.
- Build repeatable, scalable project workflows that enhance efficiency.
- Develop playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation to ensure clear ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Risk Mitigation & Performance Tracking
- Establish and manage risk assessment frameworks to proactively identify and resolve potential blockers.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the success of launches and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct post-launch retrospectives, ensuring continuous improvement in execution processes.
Stakeholder Communication & Change Management
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Business Planning, and Customer Support to ensure launches are well-coordinated.
- Communicate critical updates and readiness statuses to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with the Communications & Compliance team to ensure accurate, timely, and legally vetted messaging.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5+ years' experience w/degree or 7+ years' experience without degree in project management, program management, or operations within a customer service, retail, or technology-driven business.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Analytics, or related field).
- PMP is a plus.
- Strong experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, STACs, Trello, or similar).
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.)
- Experience working with Legal, Finance, and Business Planning teams to align on execution requirements.
- Presentation building and storytelling experience critical.
- Experience in change management and process automation.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
- MS office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to proactively identify gaps, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
