Description:

This job involves supporting federal efforts within Special Access Programs (SAPs) by providing daily assistance to government customers. Key responsibilities include: - Managing software configurations and system interfaces - Maintaining servers, firewalls, network access, and security systems - Troubleshooting system issues and ensuring optimal performance - Preparing systems for operational use and supporting tests - Handling authorization packages and cybersecurity inspections - Identifying vulnerabilities and implementing security measures - Administering video-teleconferencing systems and providing client support - Performing account management, help desk activities, and system upgrades - Patching systems and supporting government-issued laptops - Managing media control and COMSEC equipment

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum if a Bachelors and 4 years of experience required - TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required - IAT level II certification required
