Description:
The Regional Manager - Distribution Operations will lead and develop end-to-end solutions by driving strategy and execution of business operations. This individual will be responsible for leading all warehouses in a region. This role will increase distribution effectiveness and will direct all execution in areas of responsibility including cost control, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, productivity, people development and support for Energy Service and Sales teams. The Regional Manager will oversee staffing, weekly improvement metrics, KPI's, implementing and improving standard operating procedures, inventory control, facility maintenance, and any additional support needed for local teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and foster excellence in Safety, Quality, Productivity across the organization
- Execute proper staffing levels, demand forecasting, continuous improvement modeling, KPI's, and P&L management
- Build plans for sustainability and long-term success of the Distribution region
- Builds relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Effectively manages and executes changes needed to drive business process improvements and standardization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations or Manufacturing or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of direct management experience, including salaried workforce, in a distribution and production environment
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and lean techniques
- Change Management: Drives, manages, influences, and inspires change through communication at all impacted levels
- Process Improvement: Uses Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodology to develop and execute efficient and cost-effective solutions to align with business objectives
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including but not limited to peers, business units, and customers
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, Google Earth, WMS, ERP, and TMS. Open availability to work all shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
