Job Description:
As the Customer Service Manager at Texas Chiller Systems (TCS), you will be the cornerstone of our customer service and dispatch operations, ensuring that our customers' needs are met with excellence. You'll collaborate closely with dispatchers, guiding technicians through their day, and ensuring smooth progress on every task. Your role will involve strategic planning to match technicians' skills and job requirements, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
You'll take pride in mentoring and training dispatchers, crafting personalized improvement plans to help them excel. Your leadership will inspire a culture of excellence throughout the team, subcontractors, and vendors alike.
Building lasting, positive relationships with customers will be key to your success. You'll connect directly with customers, resolve any issues with care, and ensure that every interaction is genuine and leaves a positive impression. Flexibility and adaptability will be crucial as you balance customer needs with TCS business needs embracing change and tackling challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Duties/Responsibilities:
You'll collaborate closely with dispatchers, guiding technicians through their day and ensuring smooth progress on every task.
You make sure that dispatchers communicate crucial job details to the right people, keeping everyone informed and on the same page.
You take pride in mentoring dispatchers, offering training opportunities, and crafting personalized improvement plans to help them excel in their roles.
You'll connect directly with customers, resolving any complaints or issues with care and dedication, and you'll take pride in building lasting, positive relationships with them.
You communicate professionally and courteously, making sure that every interaction is genuine and leaves a positive impression.
You'll be strategic in dispatching technicians, matching their skills, job history, and location to the task at hand, ensuring each job is handled with the highest level of efficiency.
You're flexible and proactive, eager to work with customers to find the perfect balance between their schedules and our technicians' workload.
You'll manage commercial invoicing with precision, making sure our customers are billed accurately and on time.
You'll oversee the distribution of parts and materials needed for scheduled work, ensuring everything is in place for smooth operations.
You'll ensure that dispatchers provide technicians with all the essential job details before they arrive on site, helping to create the best possible experience for both the customer and the technician.`

Qualifications:
2 years of management experience in a similar construction field
4 years of Customer Service Experience
Proven experience in software migrations and testing, including planning, execution, and validation of system transitions.
Task management experiences, such as planning, testing, tracking, and reporting
Experience in Jonas or similar ERP
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Skilled in conflict resolution
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strategic thinker

Minimum Time Commitment to the Position:
3 years. You are committed to building and maintaining relationships in the industry, and you recognize that this requires commitment.
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Pay: $75,000 to $90,000 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
After hours as needed
Some travel required
