The Weapon Systems Safety Analysis Group (W-10) is looking for a well-organized, motivated, and self-starting individual to provide support to the group as a Quality Assurance Analyst (QAA). The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of activities including coordinating, cataloging and maintaining the weapon response information that is developed by W-10.
What You Will Do
Quality Assurance Analyst 1: $64,700-$101,400
The QAA will support communication across systems groups and across NNSA sites as well as coordinate with the Document Configuration Management (DCM) and EA teams. The successful candidate will maintain the W-10 owned database and coordinate the W-10 tech basis reviews. The successful candidate will also support input and coordination of the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) technical basis requirements model.
Quality Assurance Analyst 2: $78,700-$125,100
Additional job responsibilities for a QAA 2 include but are not limited to supporting periodic assessments of weapon response basis and summary documents, coordinating the interface with IT personnel to ensure consistent access across applications and maintaining the W-10 directory on the unclassified and classified systems. The successful candidate will also participate in MBSE development and maintenance of the W-10 technical basis requirements model.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in editorial review to include proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, accuracy, and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when reviewing technical documents, diagrams, drawing, and parts-lists and helping to ensure final documentation meets quality-specific specifications
Data Management
Experience with relevant software applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and product data management tools. Demonstrated experience in handling of classified and/or unclassified materials, and electronic media. Demonstrated experience with configuration management and quality control pertaining to procedures related to quality, data gathering and analysis, cause and corrective action determination, and process improvement activities.
Communication and Teamwork
Experience building strong customer relations, adhering to security requirements and definitions. Proven experience in clear and concise oral and written communication. Demonstrated ability to communicate concisely and clearly, both orally and in writing.

Experience integrating efforts between teams, and directing customers to resources, procedures, and appropriate capabilities. Experience in effectively supporting multiple high-level deliverables and/or assignments in a timely manner. Assessment
