Dialysis Nurse Manager

A reputable healthcare organization in Brooklyn NY is actively searching for a Dialysis Nurse Manager to join their team! This role will provide room for career growth, specialization opportunities, and schedule flexibility.

Nurse Manager Expectations:

• Manage staff and programs of the renal dialysis department
• Coordinate daily operations of dialysis services (10 stations)
• Monitor standards and guidelines for dialysis treatment
• Ensure all documentation is completed and audited regularly
• Lead staff professional development programs
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• 1-2+ years' experience.
• Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions.

What you have:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nursing License in New York State
• Recent clinical leadership experience in nephrology, dialysis, and/or critical care nursing experience
