- Minimum 4 yr Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Quality engineering / quality management experience.
- Experience with program start up process, First Article Inspections, flowdown of Quality requirements.
- Understanding of Hardware Quality processes.
- Production, Manufacturing, Process Engineering experience.
- Experience leading projects or teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Previous Program Quality Experience.
- Program Management Experience.
- Certified Cost Account Manager (CAM).
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt.
