About the Position

Join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making! We're seeking a detail-oriented Strategic Reporting Manager to develop and maintain reporting systems, track performance, and provide actionable insights.
The Strategic Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of reporting frameworks that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves analyzing data, creating actionable insights, and ensuring that reporting processes support decision-making at all levels of the organization.

This is a long term, full-time, onsite position located in New York City area, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track organizational performance against strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes.
  • Create and present detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Lead the implementation of new reporting tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic reporting, data analysis, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Work, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or similar field.
  • Certification in Power BI or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or related certifications.
  • Experience working with NYC MTA, New York City, and New York State public agencies is highly desirable.

Compensation Details

The salary range listed for this role is $124k-$200k/yr ($60-$98/hr). The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidate's level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.
