We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager with a strong background in aerospace sales to join our team in Montreal, Canada. ideal but not essential the candidate will be fluent in both Portuguese & Sanish with a proven track record of driving sales growth in the aerospace sector.

What you will do:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on expanding our presence in Portuguese-speaking markets.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with aerospace industry clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
What you will have:
  • Aerospace Sales Experience: Proven experience in aerospace sales or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English; French is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of aerospace industry trends and technologies.
  • Travel Willingness: Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
