Responsibilities
Embody professionalism, collaboration, and client-focused service
Build rapport with clients
Work your database every day & log your activities in the CRM
Conduct 2 open houses monthly
Attend weekly client consultations
Stay active on social media and personal branding efforts
Participate in team meetings and huddles
Participate in culture-building team activities
Sign Listing Contracts and Buyer Broker Agreements
Stay educated on local markets and agent best practices
Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Write, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, and contracts
Leverage the team's marketing tools, media team, and social platforms to generate leads
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Qualifications
Motivated and competitive
Commitment
Team player
Licensed real estate professional
Ideally have closed at least 8 transactions in the last 12 months
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Coachable with a growth-minded
Willingness to adapt to our methods and systems

A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
