The Global Brand Styling Team drives Lululemon's brand vision by delivering exceptional outfitting and styling for global concepts + special projects, campaigns and studio. Collaborating across design, creative, marketing, and merchandising teams, the team sets elevated style standards that reflect Lululemon's unique identity while staying aligned with the brand's aesthetic and design ethos. With expertise in product knowledge, global trends, and performance wear, the team ensures every outfit embodies an innovative and cohesive visual narrative, exceeding industry expectations through meticulous preparation and operational excellence.
a day in the life: what you'll do
The Senior Stylist, Global Brand Concept plays a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing development of lululemon's seasonal styling direction, ensuring consistency from future season planning through in-season execution. This role focuses on GTM styling work for key milestones, building foundational styling tools, and providing key resources that inform the broader styling organization and regional styling leads.
Working under the Global Styling Director, this role partners with Senior Styling Managers and cross-functional teams to create, document, and refine seasonal styling strategies. This includes leading styling workstreams at key go-to-market milestones, developing styling resource tools and workflow to keep styling departments informed on upstream work, and supporting additional styling needs such as sports marketing, PR, and SLT styling.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$81,100-$106,500 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

- Lead styling execution for key GTM styling milestones, including:
- Creative Kickoff (CKO)
- Proto Review Shareback
- Key Looks Style Out
- Global Line Finalization
- Ensure styling decisions align with Global Styling ID, collaborating with the Global Styling Director and Senior Styling Managers to apply trend research and insights.
- Track and execute styling workstreams, ensuring alignment through each GTM stage and providing clear styling direction for the broader styling org and regional styling leads.
- Help research and build roster of industry leading freelance stylists that progress our brand identity and styling ethos- high performance x high style
- Build seasonal styling books, outlining key styling ID applications, trend direction, and product outfitting strategy.
- Partner with Senior Styling Managers to integrate trend research and team perspectives into styling resources.
- Maintain an organized system to track progress, document styling guidelines, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Liaison w/ design, merch and brand marketing to gather and collate briefs, design intent, merch strategy and business imperatives through GTM milestones
- Support sports marketing styling, including ambassador outfitting and seasonal wardrobe kit selection
- Provide ad hoc styling support with freelance stylists for PR, events, and activations, including seeding kits
- Assist in SLT styling with freelance stylists as needed, ensuring brand consistency in leadership representation.
- Work under the Global Styling Director, ensuring all styling work undergoes structured reviews, approval gates and share out.
- Styling Expertise: Minimum 5 years' experience in the fashion and apparel industry at a medium-to-large ecommerce global retailer. Experience in domestic and international shoot productions is a must.
- Project Management Proficiency: Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines with efficiency and organization.
- Trend and Product Knowledge: Ability to gain in-depth understanding of product attributes-fabric, form, and function-paired with a strong knowledge of global fashion and athletic styling trends to deliver aligned, forward-thinking styling solutions that meet brand standards.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Adept at consolidating complex information, communicating clearly, and implementing innovative tools or processes with a proactive mindset.
- Technical Competency: Proficient in styling tools and platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, SharePoint, Smartsheet) with meticulous attention to detail. Intermediate to Advanced deck creation experience is ideal.
