Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled generalist with expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, Windows OS, and networking. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Azure/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, as well as VMware infrastructure, Aruba/HPE switches, and FortiGate firewalls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration - Manage and optimize cloud services, security, and compliance.
- Network Engineering - Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, Aruba/HPE switches, and FortiGate firewalls.
- Systems Integration - Automate tasks using PowerShell and collaborate on system integrations.
- Security & Compliance - Implement security best practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support & Documentation - Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in systems and network engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and VMware/Hyper-V.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba/HPE switches and FortiGate firewalls.
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator, Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACSP.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
