SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Recognizing the importance of our customers - anticipating and meeting their evolving needs, as well as providing the kind of Legendary Customer Service that reflects the Bank's standards and Guiding Principles.
  • Lead a diverse range of stakeholders; communicates effectively by adapting style and technique to a diverse audience
  • Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions to achieve business results Understand and clarify work packages of each assigned initiative/project inclusive of constraints (time, cost, people resources) and maintain a customer-centric approach
  • Provide recommendations and direction based on the end to end customer experience when making decisions
  • Lead and own the project deliverables related to business requirements to meet the needs of the customer, employee, and business
  • Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience / stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes of projects for the business ments management discipline Identify, document and validate current state processes and work with the business and stakeholders to design the desired future state
  • Establish and maintain full requirements traceability and work with the business to prioritize requirements and scope changes to ensure business needs are met
  • Collaborate with technology partners and provide recommendations to support development of: system requirements and design, testing plans, artifacts/deliverables to ensure business needs are met


MUST HAVE:
recent experience with SQL and query writing.
experience working on Data projects as it relates to data analysis, data mapping, data quality and data lineage
Experience with AML and Regulatory Reporting projects
Exposure to applications used for Customer Risk Rating and Transaction Monitoring
Exposure to any SAS or /and Oracle AML and Compliance products is an asset
Lead development of a delivery approach and work plan, aligned with the project milestone dates and considering constraints, dependencies and strategic drivers
Manage requirements interdependencies among multiple work streams or projects
Establish a process to ensure requirements captured are completed, concise, accurate, compliant to methodology and standards, and are testable
Engage, enable and lead stakeholders to final agreement and signoff of the deliverables
Assess change requests and their impacts, checking for alignment to initiative objectives at all stages
Identify and manage risks and issues, escalating to senior management and partners where appropriate
Identify, document and validate current state processes and capabilities
