Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Performs system checkout and assists in systems startups for service installed jobs
  • Troubleshoots problems and perform necessary repairs (electrical, mechanical, programming).
  • Assists with trial runs and service activity runs to ensure equipment meets standards.
  • Aids in training customers on equipment maintenance and adjustments.
  • Coordinates water analysis test to ensure safe system operations.
  • Performs routine maintenance on tools, test equipment, etc. and completes required service or systems paperwork.
  • Supports Sales with site assessments and system installations.
  • Maintains courteous, professional contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and leverage up-sell opportunities.
  • Maintains and organize tools, equipment, parts, and truck inventory.
  • Responds to emergency service calls as required during the day, after hours, and weekends.
  • Adheres to company and customer site safety policies and procedures.
  • Completes and submits detailed written service orders and reports covering all aspects of provided/products installed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical preferred); or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 + years of experience of supporting commercial and industrial equipment, including pumps, piping, instruments.
  • Read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and P&IDs to perform required services.
  • Experience working with water treatment equipment (softeners, multi-media filters, RO's, storage and pump distribution systems).
  • PLC, VFD, HMI programing experience with Allen Bradley Devices.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • May be subject to inclement weather and hazardous working conditions.
  • Travel 50%

Target Salary Range: $60,000 - $110,000 per year. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
