We are looking for a skilled Client Operations Manager to join a leading Firm's Client Operations team on a fixed-term basis for six months. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of their operations by delivering first-class service.
Key responsibilities include coordinating FATCA/CRS and Jersey tax filings, ensuring compliance, assisting with Economic Substance compliance, and managing client data and register changes. The successful candidate will also implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Governance and compliance are essential, as they will review procedures and enhance control frameworks.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should hold a Table 4 qualification. A minimum of six years' experience in administration, compliance, or client operations is required, along with a solid understanding of AEOI requirements. Experience with Trust and Corporate Jersey Tax Returns and data control/management processes is highly desirable. Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail will be essential.
