YOUR ROLE
Our Sea Logistics Reefer and Healthcare Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the perishables and healthcare Customer Care strategy on an area level as well as continuously optimizing the level of customer service to deliver customer excellence. In addition, you will Individual will be responsible for managing the Customer Care Location Team in developing customer relationships, on-boarding and implementing of new Customers and addressing any and all Customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner. Your overall goal is Customer growth, satisfaction and retention. Our Sea Logistics Reefer and Healthcare Manager is also responsible for the implementation, support & monitoring of KN HealthChain business within their sphere of responsibility. In conjunction with QSHE you will ensures that compliance to the current KN GXP standards are maintained in all GxP approved stations.

- CCL Management
- Healthcare Station Lead duties (Ensuring ongoingGXP compliance)
- Finance Management
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Level of Experience: Mid-Level (4-7 years)
- List Specific Areas of Experience (if applicable): Freight Forwarding, Leadership and Team Management, Risk Management
- People Leadership, Collaboration & Empowerment Skills
- Knowledge of KN Operations, products, services & processes
- Familiarity with Healthcare and Perishables Service a plus
- Customer Relationship & Satisfaction Management
