Responsibilities
- Develop and launch products to improve TikTok's identity graph and identity solutions
- Define the vision and strategy, and develop the roadmap for the future of resilient identity products
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives that maximize the impact of user identities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 4+ years of ad tech product management experience, having taken one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch
- A strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem with direct experience in one of the following areas: Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
- Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment
- Bilingual in Mandarin for global cross-functional collaboration
