Description:
As a Salesforce Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L2 and L3 support for Salesforce Health Cloud users. You will leverage Salesforce's low-code/no-code tools-including Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning App Builder-to automate processes, resolve issues, and enhance system performance. Strict adherence to Salesforce best practices is essential to ensure the integrity, scalability, and maintainability of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
L2 and L3 Support:
Provide advanced technical support (L2/L3) for Salesforce users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly using low-code/no-code solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, permissions, and system issues while strictly adhering to Salesforce's best practices for system design and architecture.
Low-Code/No-Code Enhancements:
Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Assignment Rules to improve business workflows and enhance user experience.
Develop efficient solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud using Lightning App Builder and Record Pages to optimize UI/UX without writing custom code, maintaining simplicity and scalability.
Data Quality and Integrity:
Investigate and resolve data quality issues using Salesforce's low-code tools to enforce data validation rules and consistency across all records.
Implement automation to enforce data quality standards, ensuring the integrity of data and preventing errors.
Process Automation:
Leverage Salesforce Flows and Process Builder to automate routine tasks, assignments, and approval processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration or support, with a focus on Salesforce Health Cloud.
Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce's low-code/no-code tools, including Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Assignment Rules.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices in configuration, process automation, and system design.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including its unique features for healthcare and life sciences.
