Responsibilities
Source, filter and onboard Creator Network Partners.
Organize training sessions for agencies under management to improve creator under management's engagement, community, monetization, etc.
Troubleshoot LIVE challenges and community violations in real time, and problem solve on the fly.
Support partners in running large scale LIVE events on TikTok as their primary POC.
Research and develop requirements to provide product feedback to product teams.
Generate revenue and increase customer retention by conducting optimization and performance analysis.
Develop negotiation strategies by studying the integration of new ventures within the company's strategy and operation; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals; aligning with business goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Advertising, Marketing, Television, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Advertising, Marketing, Television, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Managing partnerships with stakeholders within the social media industry;
Providing strategic guidance related to managing social media talent and scaling their development;
Business development within the social media industry, including industry research, strategic networking, and pitching for positive ROI;
Assisting live streaming events to configure events setting and serving as operations point of contact including: Monitoring the live events and identifying bugs/issues, and creating tickets for the engineering team;
Analyzing applications and user inquiries and reporting platform malfunction statistics to identify trends to assist the engineering team to improve the product performance; and
Using project management tool to create report tickets to the engineering team.
Travel Requirement: Domestic Travel Required up to 10%.
