Responsibilities
Digital Experience & Ecommerce Strategy
Develop and execute a three-year roadmap for Ecommerce, website and app experience, and cross-platform innovation.
Leverage and optimize demand generation efforts, leveraging digital platforms to increase traffic, conversion rates, and transaction frequency.
Serve as the subject matter expert on BJs digital platforms, driving enhancements that improve UI/UX, personalization, and conversion.
Oversee digital performance analytics, identifying insights to refine the guest journey and maximize revenue.
Off-Premise Business Management & Third-Party Partnerships
Own and optimize the off-premise digital journey, ensuring a frictionless ordering experience across BJs website, app, and third-party delivery platforms.
Lead third-party delivery partnerships, managing operations, optimizing menu placement, pricing, and promotions to drive growth.
Partner with Operations and IT to streamline order fulfillment, enhance execution, and improve integration between digital ordering and restaurant operations.
Develop and implement off-premise growth strategies, expanding BJs presence across third-party marketplaces while ensuring brand consistency.
SEO Optimization
Lead SEO strategy, implementing scalable tactics to maximize organic search traffic and visibility.
Ensure BJs digital properties are updated, conversion-optimized, and aligned with performance benchmarks.
Leverage competitive analysis and guest behavior insights to drive continuous website and app improvements.
Analytics & Budget
Lead digital analytics efforts, using data-driven insights to optimize Ecommerce, off-premise sales, and digital marketing strategies.
Oversee budgets for Ecommerce, off-premise, and digital activities, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in marketing, with a preference for restaurant industry experience.
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
7+ years of direct digital marketing and Ecommerce experience.
4+ years of team leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of web production, Ecommerce operations, and digital guest experience optimization.
Experience managing third-party delivery platforms and digital off-premise strategies.
Proficiency in sales data analysis, customer segmentation, and performance tracking within BI applications.
Expertise in website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
Experience with SEO and digital experience optimization.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deliverables, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range
USD $178,000.00 - USD $206,000.00 /Yr.
