Job description
Infosys is seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion HCM Lead Consultantwith multiple implementations / support experience,covering all Core HCM functional activities. This position's primary responsibility will be to work as a team member on the AMS program. Under limited supervision, the lead consultant must function as a member of a team and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The lead consultant should possesses fundamental understanding of software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles. They must be able to discuss technical issues competently with client stakeholders and develop technical recommendations based on options presented. The lead consultant will be accountable in driving activities such as maintenance, patching, upgrades, periodic closing/reporting activities, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- Person will have excellent hands-on working experience on Oracle fusion Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud.
- Person should have at least 2 end to end implementation experience of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud processes.
- Person should be conversant with the best HR practices in context of Oracle technologies like fusion - should have commanding knowledge over oracle cloud out of box offerings and ability to implement various customizations as per business requirements.
- Person should have excellent understanding of integrating fusion applications with external systems using various integrations options like web services, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud platform etc.
- Oracle Implementation certification on any of Oracle Global Human Resources cloud, Talent Management cloud, Compensation Management and Recruiting Cloud is desired.

Preferred Qualifications:
- It is preferred that candidate has previously worked in US Utility companies and has exposure to business flows of such organizations and regulations
