Job Title: Systems Integration Analyst

Hours: Normal business hours including on call responsibilities.

Salary Range: $101,600 - $146,000 which is base pay.
Compensation will be based on candidate qualifications.

Job Scope/Duties

  • Supports and contributes to the success of Star One integration and Core System initiatives.
  • Performs analysis and integration support of credit union business and 3rd party systems including but not limited to, Core System (XP2), Processing Systems (NCAT), Payment Systems, Data Warehouse Systems (MSSQL and Snowflake), and Digital Banking Systems (Tyfone).
  • Performs system mapping, data translations and transformations, ensures system integrity, compatibility, standardization, and security.
  • Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of data interfaces to the various participant application systems.
  • Supports Information Systems staff and interfaces to 3rd parties to ensure that deadlines and user needs are met.
  • Keeps management well informed of area activities.
  • Helps ensure the security of Credit Union computers, data, and member information.


Experience/Minimum Education Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of four to eight (4-8) years of experience in computer technology, technical support and service.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Credit Union specific knowledge related to Core Systems, Processing Systems, Payment Systems, Data Warehouse Systems, and Digital Banking Systems are required.
  • Technology skills including Cloud Technologies, Windows Server, SQL, Automation, and File Transfer protocols are required.
